To build a strong animation, animators work as a team and needs to create and become a important part of the process of creativity like a

<<mechanical machine process>> Who work’s well, with good synchronization, AND PERFORMANCE from the beginning to the end, and each part of the motor need to work together.

Facilitating a important relationship between all the Teams to be successful, interactively  like producing a animation with a beginning story, a middle of the story and the unexpected end of the story without a strong interactive effort and clear communication between Teams.

This exercise is important to explain to all the participant, how the role of the animator who work as a team need to interact, and be collaborative, implementing a strong organizational structure using a lot of creativity with is partners.
