COMIC BOOKS in Digital Studio Art
Objectives
Participants will learn to:
–Observe and identify a sequence of images that tell a story
–Identify the reference codes used in the design of comic images
–Become aware of existing methodology and their purpose: to facilitate reading and provide the reader with important landmarks in the understanding of the history of comics
–Learn to identify these signs, which should serve as guides in the preparation of comics
–Explore many comics of all styles, from various sources, of different lengths, with or without text, and
analyze them
