Objectives
Conceptual / Technical
Participants will learn to:
–Explore polarizing filters with the discovery of surprising effects of the decomposition of the color light
–Experience the phenomenology
of color and the respond of light
–Diffuse and animate light through a filter, reproducing the complete colors of the spectrum
–Demystify and explore the effects of polarizing filters; create motion with light to reproduce the spectrum of color
–Tools used:
images 2D/3D, sound, video, animation, performance, interactivity, photography,
virtual reality
